Composite is a tooth-friendly material that is used by dentists to restore decayed teeth. It is a mixture of plastic and a liquid monomer, which hardens and sets like cement. The plastic is usually made from polyvinyl siloxane and the liquid monomer is usually methyl methacrylate.
